How Does It Work?
We will take over the management of the property, including dealing with general maintenance issues and any potential tenant-related problems.
We would agree to pay a monthly rent directly to you based on the condition and number of bedrooms of the property. We ensure that all payments are made to you in a timely and consistent manner.
We will handle and deal with all the necessary checks required, referencing them, and place our clients directly into the property.
We will maintain your property to a high standard, as our clients expect high-quality accommodation. We will address any general maintenance concerns and handle all client issues.
Upon completion of the rental contract, the property will be returned to you in the same or better condition as at the beginning of the tenancy. Alternatively, we would be open to discussing the possibility of extending the rental agreement if it meets both our needs.
